1. By clicking on the different types of tickets, you can see detailed information on the tickets and services.

2. After choosing the desired ticket, you can start your purchase by clicking on the “Add to cart” button.
3. After placing the item into your basket you can check the type and the number of tickets to be ordered. If necessary, you can continue purchasing other items.
4. The modification on the number of tickets is done by the Update Basket button.
5. To order the items put into your basket, please provide the necessary data.
6. Filling out sections marked with * shall be mandatory.
7. For completing your order, please tick the box to accept the GTC.
8. By clicking onto the Place order button you can proceed to purchase your tickets to the platform where you can use your credit or debit card to complete the transaction. After this step, the purchase cannot be modified, deleted or cancelled and the tickets become your property.
9. You shall receive the Voucher in an e-mail, which can be changed to a valid ticket on-site within one month from the date of the purchase.
10. The Ferris Wheel may be used only upon the acceptance of and in compliance with the GTC. By buying the Voucher, the purchaser shall accept the provisions of the GTC as binding on him/her. Operator may refuse to provide services to any Visitor who disobeys or breaches the rules, and in justified cases, Operator may remove such Visitor from the premises of the Ferris Wheel, in which case the Visitor shall not be entitled to claim refund of the Ticket price.
