The Ticket shall cover 3 full turns in the cabin designated by Operator, journey time is approximately 8 minutes depending on the number of passengers.
There are maximum 4-6 seats in the cabins. In case of high attendance, the service cannot be used by two people. A wheelchair can also be used in a separate large-sized cabin.
Children under the age of fourteen may only visit the Ferris Wheel accompanied by an adult.
Animals – apart from the guide-dogs and police-dogs as specified in the relevant legislative acts – are not allowed on the Ferris Wheel.
Tickets can only be used within the defined opening hours.
Purchased tickets cannot be re-exchanged.
The tickets for the Ferris Wheel located at Erzsébet tér can only be used and validated within 1 month from the date of purchase. At the same time, please note that Ferris Wheel Kft. as the operator of the Ferris Wheel has the sole right to decide on ending the operation of the Wheel at an earlier date, in such a case, tickets are only valid until Ferris Wheel Kft. makes the services of the Ferris Wheel available for the public. Ferris Wheel Kft. specifically excludes all liability in cases when visitors cannot put their tickets into use for this reason and will not refund the purchase price. Also, the conditions on the use of the Ferris Wheel are determined by the General Terms and Conditions issued by Ferris Wheel Kft. at all times.
